Guidelines for Parents

General Guidelines
  • Parents should check school diary daily.
  • Progress reports must be signed regularly.
  • Leave applications should be written and signed in advance.
  • Parents must ensure regularity, punctuality and homework completion.
  • Children with infectious diseases must stay home until fully recovered.
  • Any change in address or mobile number must be informed in writing.
  • All fees and dues should be paid on time.
  • Parents should follow visiting hours and avoid contacting teachers during class time.
Important Guidelines
  • Students must maintain discipline, punctuality, cleanliness and proper uniform.
  • School may remove a student without notice due to serious issues such as:
    • Weak academic performance
    • Habitual disobedience or illness
    • Irregular attendance
    • Violent or inappropriate behaviour
    • Lack of participation in school activities
    • Improper uniform or appearance
    • Non-cooperation from parents/guardians
